The Municipality of Miskolc in Hungary is making good progress in its “4IM” project, funded by the European Union, under the name of “City Initiative for Innovative and Integrated Social Services and the Development of Employment”, supported by AEIDL.

On July 27, 2023 the Social Innovation Plus – Competence Centres (SI Plus) project organized a transnational online meeting of the thematic network for supporting ESF+ administration which is coordinated by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (MoLSAF SR).
Within the framework of the thematic network meeting, the individual outputs of project partners which were relevant to supporting ESF+ programming in the participating countries of the SI PLUS project were presented.

IFKA Public Benefit Non-profit Ltd. as the partner of the SI Plus – Social Innovation Competence Centres partnership organized the 1st online meeting of the thematic network on poverty and inclusion on the 27th of February, 2023. The meeting was implemented successfully with the participation of 19 social policy experts and social innovation practicioners from across Europe. Attendees could get insights into the the European-level policies for tackling poverty and incentivizing social inclusion on the basis of social innovations. Participants also learnt about how European policies are adapted on the Member state level through ESF+ operational programmes. Good social innovation practices of addressing poverty and social exclusion from the partner countries also had been presented to the audience.

It is our pleasure to announce the First Call for Proposals of ESF Social Innovation+ Initiative.

The SI PLUS consortium and other stakeholders started the sustainable development network on 10 November 2022.

The 2nd Hungarian-Bulgarian Peer Learning Workshop took place on the 24-26th October 2022 in Budapest organised by IFKA.

On October 11th and 12th, a meeting of representatives of the transnational project SI PLUS was held in the premises of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.
